From "one off" prototype work, to multiple assemblies that are custom manufactured, we have the ability and flexibility to provide services that no-one else can provide. Be it a small aircraft operator, a major airline, etc.. we have experience developing a large variety of items. Pictures below are only a small representation of what we've done. Project include: 1). Custom Referential Altimeter boxes for a large regional airline. These boxes are custom designed and produced from high quality aluminum and manufactured per the specs of the airline. 2). Custom Medical / First Aid Brackets. For a mid-sized regional airline we designed, tested (per FAA FAR 121 strength/ "G" loading requirements) a custom bracket to install medical kits / 1st aid kits into aircraft that previously utilized an different assembly. We custom designed, then tested, then assisted in the installation of these brackets. We also designed and manufactured a number of custom cockpit wall flashlight holders for the same airline. 3) Custom PSU Air Vent Panel Assemblies.
