Impressive tool used to strip shielded wire. This little device has been created to help you strip multi-conductor aircraft cable (shielded and non shielded). Works great on M27500 (and similar) cables from AWG22x2 conductor up to AWG22x5 conductor, AWG20x2/3 conductor, and others as well.
When you have a loose hanging piece of shielded wire and you need to run a razor across it, this 4 inch length of select, natural pine is really a great tool to have in hand. This allows you to support the wire as you run a blade over the protective coating of our shielded wire.
This is something we have been using in our shop for many years while building instrument panels. We have had visitors over the years ask us, “where can I get one of those?”. So we decide to bring them to market. I hope you find them as useful as we do.
